was out today and while going past prices green zone tried to warn a bay cruiser in there, dunno if he heard me....
anyhow there were 3 people fishing from it and I was wondring if all three could cop a $400 fine or is it just the boat operator....
I havent noticed it in any rules n regs ive read...i dont think so at any rate so if some one knows id like to hear....if youre just guessing, well then not so much....
In theory all could be fined but in practice it will be the owner / operator of the vessel as he/she is in charge of the vessel and should know not to fish in the green zone.
how many fines for fishing green ??
