    Updated PB in the Pine

    Went For A bait fish in the Pine yesterday,, managed to pick up 2 nice Flatties.. 1st one going 62cm(new PB) and second going 54cm.. got a few other species aswell.

    Pics Are average only had my phone with Me.

    Cheers Greg... I Release all of my Lure caught flathead,, But these two had taken the bait deep...had them for dinner tonight.

    I release most of mine as well, but will always keep a couple in that size range for dinner....two of them feeds a family of five in our house.I Dont usually keep any under 50cm....as two fish between 50 and 65cm does us nicely....and I dont usually freeze fish. Nothing wrong with keeping some fish for a feed, nor releasing everything. I meant no criticism, just acknowledging a good catch.
