top end rigs
hey all,
heading up to the top end soon to do a lot of fishing and maybe sleep in between lol. Keen to see everybodies rigs, how they set it up and what not. not to mention their boat trailers/box trailers with boats on.
Im in the middle of making a heavy duty off road trailer for my boat, not leaving anything off it if i can afford to.
regards,
Chris

Re: top end rigs
what size boat you taking up?
Heres a link to a Offroad boat trailer I made a few years back.It carries a 4.5m tinny.
If your only taking a 4m boat that you can lift, then you'd be better off flipping it ontop of a box trailer IMO.

Been on 3 trips to the top and so far had absolutely nothing go wrong with it aside a bearing change.
carries 280litres of fuel under the boat in x4 poly tanks.

yeah its a 4 meter tinny but has all flooring in it and what not, absolute pain to take out n its to heavy to lift with it all in it.
i like the look of your trailer mate, looks like shes sturdy and could withstand a beat around on the rough tracks
