I am looking at building a few mackerel rigs. Im looking for a kind of fibre or hair that is like this

that will become the skirting.
Its a little stiff and can be purchased in bulk roles. Where can I get some online or at a store? I had this stuff for years but lost the lot somewhere. You can buy it in small amounts but looking at buying the bigger roles. Its relatively cheap. In some cases it might be necessary to buy it in white and then dye it.
