had a quick trip up on saturday and sunday morning fished hard and long ,found some good water in wind blown bays around 26 degrees landed 1 830mm on hollowbelly in the sticks lost 2 more to same method,casting up against trees letting them drop right down then slow rool out got slammed 1 out of 3 landed.went to a bay point night session fished 4 hours without a bump found another good point bonys everywhere hooked a huge fish when moon straight above got it to boat on its side bent down to get net only to see it spit lure like a dummy ,10 min later on again big fish too went better for me into the boat went 113cm morning session Kurt came out with me 4 lost fish to bust off and spits and landed one around 110cm ,kurt couldnt take a break lost 3 thanks mate for showing me some tips cheers AL

my arms are still shuttering from that last big girl. photo's turned out good hope you were happy with them. pretty slow day but it could have been worse with that change early in the morning. i just wished the bloody wind would make its mind up and i may have been able to put you on some more fish. good catching up and congrats on the girls over the weekend.
Good to hear Awoonga is producing for most at the moment. Is there alot more boats on the water since the warmer weather has kicked in? Some nice looking water in that photo and good work on landing a few. - Richard
richard there were a few out not a lot of fish were caught on the weekend from the people a talked too last night about 15 cars were at ramp trev and the boys were out too but dont know how they went
well al....... those heffa's on the bank were looking pretty fine today. i get pretty bored easily and barra fishing does it for me especially when you dont have a hit every hour. hope you had some fun up here, let me know when your up next and i may be able to help you out. pretty hard fishing.
