Baffle creek mid october

What would be the main target species (flatties, Trevs, Queens) in baffle creek mid to late october. Im from Wollongong NSW and have 2 weeks, a 3.5 tinny staying at baffle Bobs. Thanks Ren.

A few locals up there are catching big numbers of Mangrove Jack at the moment there and big fellas at that. Watch out for big rocks if you dont know the place theyll slow you down in a hurry!

mate that time of years just about everything....im going up for two weeks just b4 the school holidays.....get into the muddies before the crowds get up there, oh and the jacks.

JACKS. I love this place. Like Dean said there are alot of sneaky rock bars so take it easy until you get to know the creek.

I had a week there about a fortnight ago. Stayed at Baffle Bobs. Fishing was a bit quiet but did score some nice flathead. I fish from a kayak using plastics.
Everyone I spoke to were not having much luck at all apart from small bream and whiting. Talk is that it has been too dry and no real flow in the river for a very long time.
Hopefully they will get some decent rain before you arrive.
