    Doldrum Glassout

    couple of photos attached - glassed out, hot and sh!tty 200 miles offshore. no wind for days, and hazy. Much of the time had trouble telling where the sea meets the sky on the horizon

    Never seen the likes of it! what is the structure/s in the background one looks like a float and the other like an oil rig????

    It got even flatter than this earlier in the day, but didn't think to go and get the camera out

    Yeah mate, It's been like that over here only there have been fish jumping into the boat as well. Freaky weather. Not.

    It does look too calm. I know when it glasses out here and there is no wind, the comfort levels go down hill. You just need a little bit of something, don't you.

    I recon that surface is harder to travel on than something with a little wind roughing up the surface.
