not recieving password in email have looked through help section

hi all
i have another account (jason p) and i forgot my password.
so i went through the procedure of getting a new 1 but every time it says (we have sent your new password to your email account) it never appears

this is very fustrating

would be gratefull if someone could help with this problem

no e-mail is still the same. spam filter set to low. I receive the first part of the change password procedure in my e-mail, i click on the link provided and it does say that the new password has been sent to my e-mail but this part just doesnt show in my e-mail
