Seems the fish spoiled the day !

Just wondering who else went outside on Saturday and would've had a brilliant day.............if the bloody fish had turned up !!

Seriously, I've seen some days where the pickings were grim.....
Saturday would be up there.

I know, I know.......it's not a given they'll turn up..............Just wondering

Bugger all rain, Bugger all wind, Bugger all swell.........yep !........Bugger all fish.

All we heard all day on the Radio was the talk between the Charter Boats
( Charter Boat ? What Charter Boat ?) about what a lousy day they were having...
so I guess we weren't alone.

We tried the 24's, 36's, Focus, and many other spots.................nuthin'

Tossed back 10 ( very) undersized through the day, came home with one Pinky ...

between 4 of us.....not big fillets, I'll give you the tip !!!

Yah we had the same result, few legals but nothing exciting. Really starting to believe in bite periods, have found our trips vary drastically when in a bite period or not. Will be testing the theory on thursday, same conditions, no wind no swell but this time has a good bite period for the day (day before the new moon).
