    Pelagic fly rod

    Hi,
    I've never fly fished before and interested in giving it a go, as I saw bream yesterday eating bugs off the surface and wouldn't touch any lure I threw at them. I don't want to spend much as I'll only use it once of twice a year for carp and bream so I've turned to ebay, has anyone used a Pelagic Custom Extreme 6-7# rod? Can this rod actually cast?

    Alex,

    Not sure about the fly rod but I bought 4 full rollered pelagic game rods of ebay for next to nothing and they are one season old and going fine.
