headed out from mooloolaba about 6am out to the the banks worked up to near the top for 4 good tuskies and 6 squire, caught a few under size pearlies and red throat, had an octapus take a ganged pilly and he was crawling up the both sides of the boat..lololol..had us in stitches so after the fun cut him off ,all in all was a great day out and back to the harbour by 430pm...

when we pulled him up he went straight on to the side and proceeded to climb, so gave him a bit of a push n shove with the end of a rod and let out some line so he slipped back down to the waterline an crawled under the boat still sucking on the underside an actually stuck his tenticle in to the the boat as he climbed up the starboard side,,,first time i have ever seen this as well ,me m8 was a bit worried after that that a big one could eat him he reckons .lololololololololol...pmsl ..Originally Posted by littlemac

Yes could have been, I saw a boat up north a bit. There was another boat arrived near us just on dark.
