    sub $500 mono sounders?

    hi guys,

been searching all morning and most threads seem to point to the ls4100 or the x125.

ive only ever had the included fish finders (crap) with my boats so anything will be an improvement. i have no brand loyalty and dont mind old models(cheaper)

any others to throw into the mix?

any good color options worth a look at around this price??

    cheers.

yep these two seem to be very popular but have also been round a long time,

any new ones about that get the same good rap?

found a x125 for $430 delivered and a 4100 for $470 - people in old threads have stated cheaper than this 4 years ago, where are good prices these days?

Eagle Seafinder 480, but think thats the DF version.

Look for the single freq. Eagle 480 on ebay, think they are around $350.00 or u could get the DF with speed and temp as a grey import for around the same money.

I was so impressed with mine that when I saw a 320 pop up cheap on Ebay I grabbed that too.

Hope the pics attached of of help to you

Mate ring Cunninghams he had a Furuno LS 4100 and the LS6100 in the bargin bin on the weekend.
I would make him an offer he can't refuse.

I have an Eagle Fishmark 320 (older Lowrance model). Works extremely well and gives a great image. Can easily see even the prawn sitting on my hook in sub 20m water
