Thinking of heading out of Maloolaba, this Saturday for the first time. How is the fishing up there at present?. Can anybody point me in the general direction I am not looking for gps marks.
Thanks Alba

Alba, with a 5-10knot forecast predicted, just get to the ramp and follow the crowds. Buy a sunmap from a tackle shop as they normally have marks on them.
Float a few pillies and enjoy what should be a great day on the water.
PM me and I'll give you a couple of starters
murphys 26 39 114 / 153 12 044
inner gneerings 26 38 750 / 153 09 500
currumundi 26 44 000 / 153 10 300
and get there early.. last time we got there at 5 am on good weather it took us over an hour to get the boat in the water and car parked, was nice out there barwon banks is full of fish compared to moreton pitty alot of them are undersize but was good fun. but the hassle of no parks and getting fined has turned us off the place..
