What is 24 hour araldite ??

I am after some 24 hour araldite, i have looked on the selleys website and im not sure which araldite is the 24 hour stuff, found these but not sure if they are what i am after.

    Selleys Araldite Ultra Clear

A strong and durable, fast setting two part epoxy adhesive that dries crystal clear making it ideal for areas where an invisible bond is required. Mixed product gels in 5 minutes. Initial bonding is achieved in 20 minutes with maximum bond strength after 16 hours. Weather and yellowing resistant. Shock resistant.

    Selleys Araldite Super Strength

A two part epoxy adhesive that bonds with maximum strength. Mixed product gels in 2 hours. Initial bonding is achieved in 6-8 hours with maximum bond strength strength after 3 days.

    Any help will be great

24 hour araldite is the Super Strength one, as opposed to the 5 minute one

When rod building and using it to glue hypalon or duralon grips, always use the 24 hour one...as the heat build up will set the 5 minute one in seconds, and leave you with a grip two thirds the way down the blank that you will have to cut off and start again. The 24 hour one is also easier to clean up, as it wont set so quickly.

I always use 24hr for grips, simply beacuse I use soap and water to get the grips to slide right on, and the water dries out long before the glue starts to go off, water and soap will bugger up 5 min Araldite, plus you get a lot more time to jiggle grips and winch fitting around to line everything up.

Well i got myself some 24 hour araldite today and a syringe, i ended up sticking a small piece of heat shrink on the end of the syringe to make it easier to pump the araldite in behind the grip.It was only a tiny section at the top of the grip that needed to be bonded back onto the blank so i didnt get that much araldite behind the grip before it started to squeeze out from between the grip and blank, after a quick clean up with a metho soaked rag i am finished the minor repair.
