Hi all,

I'm looking to upgrade some of my gear, i want to buy a new spinning reel for offshore snapper, cobe, AJ etc... looking to spend around $200 - $300.

Does anyone have some gear around that mark that they'd recommend??

I was looking at the 750ssm PENN Spinfisher or DAIWA REEL SEALINE BULL 6000.

I know some of you guys are schooled up about this stuff and would appreciate the feedback.

Hey Swindells well your looking in the right direction. the diawa bull is a great reel built tough maybe a little heavy, with the penn i would step up to the 850 and again these reels are also bullet proof. Probably the other one you should be looking at is the shimano 6500 or 4500 and these also have the added bait runner feature. There is a 6500 on this site for sale with line for about $170 that is about $90 below normal price plus line.
