Ausfish re: Help for new member

Gday Steve I know a new member trying to join but is having problems with something. goldenbreed62 has apparently registered but cannot log in, he has emailed a few times to someone but still can't log in.

Could you please look into it Steve or mods. Thanks.

No such Membername. Tried Goldenbreed62 and then did a search for Golden* but nothing.

This could be his trouble. When he was sent the email after he registered he didn't click the link to activate his account. I'm assuming there is a link that activates the account, I can't remember.

Yes, you need to click the link to activate the account. But there is no account with that name, awaiting activation or otherwise.

Can you PM me the E-mail address and I will do a search on that

Or maybe just ask them to register again

He still has no joy even going to forgot password. Don't know his email but has been communicating with someone at ausfish and doing the recommended. He's just about to throw in the towel.

His last option is starting again with different name.
