Went fishing up an Fraser a couple of weeks ago and caught this mean little buggar at Garrys Anchorage.
Anyone have any idea what it could be?

yup... grinner... can be used for bait... slimy as noted above..ugly flat head full of sharp teeth...

Oh to not know what a grinner is I wish I was that lucky.
Greyhound of the ocean...... skinny thing with a mouth full of big teeth.
They can be transformed into spanish mackeral when used as a trolled bait
I'm with Pretzil, I wish I didn't know what they were.
I don't mind grinners for a bit of sport on a light line when things are slow mind your fingers.
