Hi All
I caught a maori cod a couple of weeks ago.
I froze it whole and was thinkng of baking it, perhaps on the BBQ and may even try to source some bannana leaves to wrap it in.
Questions:
Should I try and defrost before cooking?
Has anyone got a recipe for whole fish/ and or fish wrapped in bannana leaves.
Does anyone know where I can get bannana leaves?
Any help much appreciated.
