what would u choose? 60 etc or 60 4stroke?

Thankyou all again!
Went to Yamaha today and they took my motor as a deposit on the Yamaha F60. They also made sure it suited my boat. So i went with the yamaha!!!! They gave me an awsome trade in and will fit it cables the works at no charge! Very happy
no w i just have to wait a few weeks for my tax return to come back so i can go pick up the new motor......no fishing for a few weeks is going to kill me esp when those barra are on the chew.............
So cheers you all played a major part in my decision!

Good choice there rob,u wont go wrong with the yammy,and the back up service from the boys down there at yamaha is great they bent over backwards to sort out a few things for me.
I'll try and take a day off and we will go for a flick to feed ur barra fettish!!

I've got a Yamaha F60 on a Bluefin Trooper 4.75. Great motor, no faults 150 hours. Does 50 - 55km/h depending on load.

I took it in for its second annual service last month at it hurt more than expected, didn't get any change from $600.

as mentioned i got a second hand motor but its 7 grand. they also quoted me between 200 and 250 for service in the future.
