    Saturday Pine river 4th.July

Fished the run in tide in the arvo, as the wind dropped out around low tide, picked up again around 3pm... but spot x was protected.

Caught 8 bream between 30cm to 35cm.....All full of berley..... All fat....All females full of roe.

No lead and used live hardies, fished in only 2 to 3 feet of water.

All fish caught between 4pm and 5pm.

    Cheers Mud

Good to hear, according to "Happy" at the Carlsedine bait shop you can't catch legal bream in the pine...

PS - you don't get good muddies either

Yeh well won't go into "happy" .....but I don't usually chase bream anymore except up at Teewah beach in july-august..........

But have been tied up with work etc. and haven't been able to venture to far let alone an outside trip........

So yeh .........live bait ...berley and no lead does the trick for a feed of good bream.
