New forum required

Perhaps the mods would like to start a new forum area for disgruntled Nissan owners?
There's a be a bit of a pattern forming here......seems to escalating with the more recent models?

I'd be p!ssed if my new dash bubbled or someone gave me a D40

Seriously though you'd think that if the trends forming in AF would be a decent reference group and an extrapolation of those numbers would point to a class action amount of consumers.

I might only have 50 mates, but two of them were supplied with brand new replacement Navaras after 10,000 k's or so - after some carefully written letters.

Safety was the crux of their dispute.

Probably have to give Nissan a wrap for replaceing the cars.....I think......

My D40 issues to date:

• Squeeks - not fixed.
• Aircon leaking inside care - fixed
• Squeeks - not fixed
• Door handle sticking - fixed
• squeeks - not fixed
• brakes rotors worn after 30k - not fixed (offer to replace rotors only, labour not included, my mechanic replaced rotors, pads + labour cheaper than rotors only from nissan. Asked to leave nissan after abusing the manager)
• squeeks - not fixed (got this shits from brakes not replaced, so fixed squeeks myself then proceed to send abusive email to nissan

Engine loosing power ***** I am over it. Give Village Motors at Petrie the arse (cant go back their anyway after my outburst of abuse in front of other customers) Reluctantly take the car to Village motors at redcliffe, made the car loose power as I was driving in. Mechanic knows problem. 3 weeks later parts arrive. Drop car in, get it fixed. Well I'll be buggered but they actually fixed the car. No more power loss, infact I have had a power increase. Fuel economy gone from 13l/100km average down to 10l/100km or better.

Fingers crossed, I will not need to add to this list. I some how doubt it though. Would I buy another nissan - Not in my life.
