Morning all,
Went down to my local spot again this morning for a flick for Tailor. I had left the Jew gear at home as there has not been a lot of Jew around of late,too much muck in the water still from the floods.
Anyway I just got the 2 this morning both nailed a Knight raider lure just on first light. There was 2 other blokes fishing with me and only one of then getting a hit but dropped it at the rocks.
Anyway here is the fish and a photo of just how flat the sea was again this morning

Nice work andrew. Almost went down today myserlf, but the 4by wont desalt itself. Might need a bit more swell for the jew also. Ben

Looks like a nice way to spend the morning Andrew, I was thinking of going down to northern NSW on Friday but stayed around the goldie for zip!
What do you catch your jews on? Im still a jewie virgin

Hi Ben, over the years I have caught Jews there in all types of swell and tides.If any thing you can have to much swell in this spot.

What do you catch your jews on? Im still a jewie virgin

G'day Mick, The main type of lure that I use is a RMG. Scorpion that dived to 3.5mts on a very slow retrieve.

Pete, give me a bell when your knee is right, I'm good to go Friday, Saturday Sunday and Monday mornings. As for a licence you can get one online if you need to. If you are on a Pension than you do not have to get one.
