Went out with Robert again on the 7th of June.
We started the day with soft plastics fishing at 7-20 metres water.
When the sea started to calm down, we headed out to get some bait fish.
After traveling east for almost an hour, we were out at somewhere in the middle of the ocean with 100m of water underneath us.
We sent both the bait fish and the jig down on different rod.
Not long after that, both Joann and I were ON!!!
Then, another kingie again.
Both Joann and I had the catch for the day. So, we knew we must set one up for dad (who suffered seasickness all day).
I sent another bait down, as soon as it reached the bottom, BANG!!! Dad was ON straightaway!!
After fighting for 3 minutes, dad hooked up a double pearlies!!
After the double pearlies, I hooked up another king fish.
Ended the day with 4 king fish and 2 pearlies.
