Hey Margie, welcome to the site and good report to start off! Just one tip, next time when making a report on a recent fishing trip place it in the report sections.
Thanks Tom
Went to the Gold coast today with Betty and finally caught a couple of bream worth keeping Found one of those Pontoon things and we had the best time, even though we threw a lot back
Thanks to all those patient people who took the time and offered advice to a newbee.
Cheers
Margie

Good stuff Margery.. If you ever venture up to the sunshine coast I can reccomend a spot to catch more 28-35cm bream than you can poke a stick at.
Sorry about posting in the wrong place. We were at the Turana St boat ramp and we were using prawns, chicken breast and mullett. We are a pair of total mugs at the whole thing and they were possibly the unluckiest fish in Australia.
Betty had them for tea and I'm sure they were just fine
Cheers
