Replacing dashboard lights

I need to replace the dashboard light that illuminates the heater controls in my 93 Hilux ute.

Can this be done without having to detach the whole dashboard

If not, I'll just put up with it

its easy as. hilus is piece of piss. the knobs will pull straight off and the board thing will come out and it will be behind there

I'll have a look at it this weekend & see if I can get an led bulb as replacement.
