need help raymarine ds500x

I have a DS500X which has stopped giving me depth reading and speed cant see the bottom and it is jumbled when i do get a bottom reading.

The unit works alright in demo.

I cant see any cuts or things with the transducer cable, driving me mad.

Can anyone suggest a remedy.

I assume you have the p58 with the paddle wheel speed sensor?. It sounds like the connections as you have lost the reading and speed. Check the pins and the connection is sound.

the transducer hasnt popped up/out has it? Mine occasionally pops up a little (the clip in bracket) in rough weather or if im going flat out and has to be clicked back down.
