    To the Hards and beyond

Left Mooloolaba at about 5.00am friday to fish an area past the hards. Wind wasn't quite what we had hoped for and made fishing the area a bit harder than we hoped but after putting in the mileswe gave it our best shot. Some nice fish boated and Joe even managed 2 Parrot/tuskies on 1 hook. some nice amberjack aroud but none of the reds we had hope for. Only found squire and plenty of them but nothing we would call snapper but a nice bag all the same with plenty of variety. Conditions got better just on dark and made for a glassy moonlight trip home after dark.
    Cheers Gaven

There is a fine line between fishing and just standing on the shore like an idiot

I wonder how much deeper the ocean would be without sponges
