    Drag pressure for Banax Reels

    Hi all,

    I was wondering if anyone has any knowledge of what sort of drag pressure ratings for the Banax spinning reels.

    The 5000 GT Spin has 13kgs

    Thanks Nick,

    I was told the same. Have you seen the Banax SIDX from the Knk site, I would think this would have a much larger drag capability?

    Do you know if the GT5000's drag can be increased without blowing the guts out of the reel?

    I am not sure mate but I would be stoked with 13kgs from a 5000 sized spin reel!

    That is similar to the stellas and saltiga drag pressure in the same sort of sizes for less then 1/5th of the price

    Mate,

    I have a number of Banax models and cann't fault any of them.

    Ifish featured the SI and were jigging for sampson fish in WA seemed to handle the pressure no worries!
