OK, having moved temporarily from SE Qld to Yamba on the NSW north coast, I had hoped to start fishing the upper Clarence river for Bass. It seems mother nature had a different idea as you may have heard and I doubt that most of the rivers in this area will be worth fishing for at least a few weeks.
So I would like to know what dams are around the area. I know of Toonumbar Dam (closed due to flooding) and Clarrie Hall but I don't know of any others. I looked on Sweetwater but it doesn't list any more (none that I could find anyway).
I'm willing to travel a couple of hours to get to a dam as the rub is that I have plenty of time to fish at the moment but nowhere to do it. Come to think of it there is a dam west of here that has Cod and Goldens, so maybe let me know of any good dams for them too.
Thanks for any help, Josh
