    G'day folks I have put a request on the RECIPIES site for the cooking of Redclaw if anyone can help.

    Cut the heads off, then split then down the middle like a lobster.

    Prepare a strong garlic butter and marinate them in it for an hour or so.

    Cook flesh side down on the BBQ plate or frying pan. You will more than likely need to add salt after cooking as they are quite bland.

    I love em but haven't tried for them in quite a while.
