Looking at the great forecast I grabbed Bayfisher for a quick after work session. We left Cleveland about 3.30pm and headed to a shallow reefy area to grab some livebaits. With 1/2 dozen Pike on board we shot off to a bit of ground not far from the Rous. Before dark we had three nice Cod on board. As the tide changed it went very quiet and we did not get another hit

Great effort. Well done guys. There sure are a lot of those cod around at the moment but I am not used to the quality and size of them at the moment. I went out as well yesterday and managed one that was just on 60cms which is fun on a 2-4 kg plastics rod. Can't wait for the quality snapper to come in now.
