    Logging On

Just wondering if anyone knows the times that the different vmr's start mid week, have gone out a few times and tried to log on but no answer. I always tell my wife where we are going, who with, what time we should be back etc but I would like to log on before and after crossing the bar etc. Do the guys run on different channels?

VMR Southport on 16,67,73,22,81,82 are 24/7

VMR Jacobs Well on 16,67,73,82 are available 24/7

Coast Guard Southport on 16,21,22,67,72,73,74,80,81,82 are 24/7

Coast Guard Redcliffe on 16,67,73,81,21 are 0600-2100 7 days and 24hrs weekends.

VMR Bribie Island on 16,67,73,81,21 0600-1800 7 days

Coast Guard Mooloolaba on 16,21,22,67,73,80,81 0600-2200 7 days

Coast Guard Noosa on 16,22,80 are 24/7

Try any of them of 16 and then switch to the given frequency, or just go to 21 if you are offshore, 81 around the bay and some one should answer.

    Cheers,
    Myles
