biggest estuary fish on a hb lure

hey guys im really curious about this id also like 2 no the type of lure and the colour

ill start ok mine would be a 44cm trevally on a micro mullet blue on top and silver on the bottom

Would have to be my 1.18mt thready on a modified mask vibe from the brissy river, closely followed by a 1.11mt version on a transam95.

I would say a 60cm lizard on an ecogear vx35 last june fishing the clarence near maclean in 10 cast i hooked 6 lizards from 35cm to 60cm, awesome i thought considering it was the 1st go at using blades

This 16kg Jew is still my best estuary capture on lure . It was taken on a little C Lure while trying to target Jacks in the Macleay River . Attachment 45781 ...... best part was seeing the fish come from 20 ft away & smash the lure in clear water

82cm flattie Halco Laser Pro 45, it was a green, yellow and red colour.
It then got crushed by a mudcrab, not happy about that!

Mine are a 55cm jack on a red Tilsan barra, and 50cm bigeye trevally on an ecogear SX40 - yellow/clear colour 307.

I pulled a 25lb Jew on a bibless Surf Shiner in the Noosa River and a 100cm Barra on a Stretch 20 around the Sandy Straights

60cm flattie from the little creek at Maroom on a gold bomber. Same lure for 59cm flattie to my 3yr old daughter 3mins later. From a canoe in 30cm of water.
