crabs

after a couple of phonecalls to mates, they were unavailable this morning, i went out on my own to spot x
left manly about 5-30, put 2 dillies/ 2 pots in and gave the boat a bit of a run to use up old fuel, inbetween lifting pots/dillies
first pull was 6 crabs, last successful pull was at 8-20am, took pots out to head home at 9-00, not one crab or anything on last pull.........
ended up with 15 sandies, only had to measure 2 of these for legal, others were well over, apart from some throwbacks which didnt bother to measure........
i found the dillies worked better than the pots, 2-1 ratio
i used pillies for bait.............

mate a great feed there out of 4 pots....there are alot of big crabs around this year i have found....cheers rosco
