    I phoned Kirkleagh today to organise for a comp to be run out of there in early Sept, fixed up the group discount (20 or more). Assume you guys & gals are aware of that. $10 per head per night, bit of a saving over the usual camp site price if you're heading up alone.
    They even offered us the use of that shed next to the ramp, very big of them seeing they don't own it.

    Holiday Parks Aus were were leasing when it was built, 4 or 5 managers ago now, SEQWater (or whatever they were called then) said ok & gave the go-ahead, Gordon baught the gear, put up by the crew, never seen P Cade work so hard. I thought you were there as well Dale? Their land?
    Have the Holiday Park baught the joint outright now?

    Laws are if you build a fixed building on any Govt owned land, the Govt own the building. You are not permitted to remove it when you're finished with it. The structure is there for use by the general public now.
