By the sound of the festivities .... Might be worth an extended stay ( recovery day)
I'm a bit concerned about the port being near a fire though

    Chris
Give a man a fish & he will eat for a day !
    Teach him how to fish
& he will sit in a boat - & drink beer all day!

This is shaping up to cause the liver transplants, then, of cause, you have another party to break the new livers in!

    Sounds like a blast. I can't wait!
All I want is to catch MORE legal fish!

Re: SOMERSET SESSION Midyear Muster 25th July

Recovery day does sound sensible Chris, In fact I'll be treating it as a recovery trip

I went up to Roonies with Paul yesterday and I got chewed up and spat out by a monster Cobe after an extended fight recovering about 100m of 40lb braid twice (leader wore through) - I need some serious Sweetwater R & R to recover (hopefully the bruising will have settled by July though)

You forget how much more relaxing it is in the fresh when you haven't hit the briney for a while!

    Cheers
    Tony

Mate, Darryl offered me a port up at the bash, I had it in my hand about to take a refined sip, when he splashed a wee drop on the fire and she flared up!
Needless to say I pinched my nose and said Tally Ho!
Very noice, and a damn site better than Stones Ginger Wine Easter Egg shooters.

Where do you get a boat permit from for Somerset? Kiosk at Kirkleagh? Do they do SIP as well?

yes you can get it at kirkliegh and i reckon they would do the stocked impoundment permits as well same as mondy does i reckon

    Thumbs up Re: SOMERSET permits

You can get the lot at Kirkleigh Kiosk.

Also for for those who don't know it is a 'Family Camp Park'? or something similar and if you join that group for $20 you get a fee discount at all their parks. Worth while if you camp there a few times, I think it pays for itself if you stay 4 nights. A couple of trips a year and you are ahead.

Another fee I know but a saving if you go a few times.

    Whitto,
I must have posted that the same night I bought this:-

Totally Nude Yoga and Tai Chi - A Sensual Awakening

Holy Crap! I gotta put some more thinners in the port.

You know I always start searching fishing or lures, Barra or Bass; bass leads to music, music leads to CDs/DVD's, by then it's getting late...
Some weird s#it turns up in the mail here. It's like Christmas when the postie comes

Hey maybe that's what made me think of Christmas? .

No; I have a group of friends who have a family Christmas in July at Somerset each year and thought it might be a laugh if any one is interested. .
I just thought of the ideal present for Santa's bag! A nice DVD!
