I have no idea about the wreck in mention but surely you would still get pelagics like cobes and spaniards hanging around? Structure is structure even if it does get flogged you would think that bait would still hold there?
There is a wreck up here that gets absolutely hammered, yet thumper Fingermark get pulled of there every year. We all know how slow Finga's take to grow?
Like I said I dont know the wreck in mention but surely even bait would hold there?

Fished it two days in a row 2007. First day 12 cobia from 15 hook up's in less than two hours (kept two) next day same tide, bait and the like not a touch. The pelagics will come and go. But as others have said it does get flogged.

used to get some nice Scarlets of it in the really cold months, there gone now too.
