Dont tell them too much mate.

Fish are hard to come by.
Bottom structure is all sand.
And most of it is green zones now.
Now what else is wrong with the place ??????

You forgot the Sandflies if the wind drops and the huge number of big Noahs lurking around the channel

It certainly will not yield up a descent feed unless you keep working the game plan to account for tides, moon and time of year . It is a satisfying spot to put a few runs on the board though as they don't always come easy
