Thanks guys... there is already a motion detector light there, so they've obviously just gone and done it in full light without a worry in the world. AH well.

Hi Shiek
I too live on the Northside of Brisbane. My boat was set alight at 3.30am one Sunday morning sitting in my front yard. Luckily the neighbours woke me up and I had fire extinguishers handy as the fuel line had just about burnt through. I know of another in the Grange that had the same thing happen to them.
It was just over $7500 in damage, insurnace company paid $6K, so I was out of pocket $1.5K - wasnt happy about that.
The cops told me to install a sensor light which I have done. This incident occurred in April last year and no repeat offence so far.
Thanks mate, looks like I'll have to fork out more for insurance. WOuldn't have happened in Maryborough. Geez you blokes have got some weirdos down here!
I agree with the sensor flood lights..I have a double one setup and it nearly blinds you when it lights up in the dead of night lol.
Does anyone have any good insurance companies they'd like to recommend? Not sure if that belongs in this thread, but i remember something a little while ago about whether a trailer was covered in boat insurance and travelling etc and I didn't get to the bottom of the issue.
Hi Sheik,
im at Ashgrove west just up the road from you, not good knowing this stuff is going on...
Sorry to hear your loss mate.
Regards,
Ryan
There's some destructive idiots around alright..
Just heard on the radio that some joker has shut down a local Indian restaurant by pouring cement into the sewerage pipes...what a drama to undo that mess...
Hi Sheik,

Maybe someone in your area has a slug gun and stays up late ????
They do a wonderful job as far as deterents go..........................so I've heard.
That really sucks hope the little turds get caught and end up in the joint and become bubbas bicth, oh wait that wont happen they would just get a mummy hug from some do bleeding heart do gooder.
I had a similar reoccuring situation some years back, the sensor lights are good but I opted for a different slant.Get someone (in my case a sparky mate) to disconect and remove the light and use the power to run to,in my case a radio next to the bed,the second the sensor trips the radio is going and you are ready for action while the arsehole is blissfully unaware that he is about to encounter some extreme prejiduce.
Sorry to hear that mate. God help me (them) if I catch someone in the act at my joint...
What size tyres? $300 Seems expensive...
Keep your head up.
Makes you wonder whats the fu*ks going in the world, for someome to do such an act. Like not only doing one tyre, but doing all four. It shows that these people hve so very little in their lives that they get enjoyment out of something like this,
