    Gold Coast FADS?

    G'day all

Looking to get out over the weekend and chase some dollies and the likes. Was wondering if anyone knows the gps/general locations for the fads down there? Also if there are any other spots worth trying for them. We'll be heading out from the seaway and willing to go down around the Tweed area as well. I'll be taking plastics along with a range of halco laser pros and some skirts. Should these cover us?

Might even try for some Tailor somewhere if nothing is working for us.
Also what do fads look like so we know what we're looking for lol?

    Cheers

The location of all FADS is on www.dpi.gov.au Go to fisheries & you look in the index under F for FAD. They are shown on there what they look like & usually as you head out plotting you will see othere boats on that heading . They arent hard to find . Good luck Adam

It's not hard to google dpi and find it your self rather than let other people do the work for you.

    Try www.dpi._STATE_.gov.au

    i.e. http://www.dpi.qld.gov.au

Although qld does not appear to have fads listed...nsw does.

I didn't realise that they were on the DPI website. And i did google them for no real result hence why i posted the question up here. Appreciate the GPS marks for them

    Cheers
