Yeah - that's a putty nose perch and that's about as big as they get.
Nico - the best of the bream were taken on top of the piles and the small ones all came from the bottom. That's the normal situation in that spot. Once you pull a decent bream off one pylon it's best to move to another one for a while until the fish settle down again.
