Thanks to all who have replied. Apologies for not replying sooner but I have been off line due to being away and then moving house.
Anyway, spent last week at maroochydore. Despite the wind and rain I was able to do some fishing. Mainly in the river between the motorway bridge and the boat ramp on Bradman Avenue. In summary a couple of mornings flicking three inch Gulp swimming mullets saw about half a dozen flatties to about 30cm. Bait fishing it was hard to avoid the little bream however I did get a keeper at 24.5cm (the only one for the week)
Highlight was my daughter (20 months) catching her first fish, a little bream, with a little help from Mummy!!!
