off to Morrissey's, has anyone else done any good there???

I am off to Morrissey's Creek this week. I am wondering if any has been catching fish there, specially Barra?

Was there a few weeks back and didn't get much, think it was due to all the fresh water, but got a couple of crabs in a very short time.

i use to fish morrissey's alot when i was a kid. always caught good jacks, fingermark in the deeper holes on greenback, grunter, bream, salmon.
it's not a bad creek to fish, good luck mate.

Ron,
not sure of where greenback is? If the weather holds up I intend to get on the water about 5am and was thinking about fishing the cut through to the Haughton.

there is alot of good size cod up the shortcut, good luck mate. have got some good 1's in the safety pots.

Thanks Ron, intend on trolling first up or flicking lures and then try for some bait after first light. Makes it a bit easier bait fishing for the mate and I when we have our sons with us.
If we do any good I will try and post a report on it with a few photos.
