Thats a cracker of a fish. Maybe sit on the outside of the green zone and burley back into your area to lure them back to you now.

Well done. We know where all the good fish are at being all the spots they are zoning out for fishing. Lucky some of the good spots are still open for us. I still havn't bagged a good sized red at mud which still surprises me. I still love that that 87cm you had on utube. You had me on the edge of my seet with a fish like that and still not chasing it. You certainly know how to pull the good ones on mud well done and thats a good fish to. Cheers.

That's a great fish for that area Silent. I've had to work hard there lately just to get a couple of legal ones - plenty undersize but not many good ones.

Nice snap there silent! I've fished that area many times and can only get 30-35cm! So i gave up about 5 months ago, i think you've just given me some inspiration, just help me vote in springborg and we'll get another 12 months fishing in green zones!

    Nice fish there

There is no reason to stop anglers drifting these grounds. If any fishery biologist can tell me that that particular Snapper lived its whole life there then I might think it reasonable to close the area. I can legally take our 56' boat and drop 100m of 1/2" chain all over the reef but can't float over it and take fish that arenot resident to the particular spot

Sorry about the hijack silent but it just p!$$7s me off no end
