There are a whole pile of problems with the regulations as written and purchased sea food.
like
you are not allowed possesion of parts of crabs or crab meat unless for immediate consumption
you are not allowed return to a boat with fillets
the 10 broken prawns rule
and a what happens with all the commercialy grown under sized product that can legaly be sold.
there are so many holes, traps and irregularities in the fishing legeslation it is rediculous.
