Diy would be piss easy, just get some gal rectangle pipe and rivet some poly plastic on the top. Otherwise any boat trailer manufacturer will sell you some. Remember for a tinny they are just there to stop it tipping over, all the weight should be on the keel rollers.
Active Fabrications at Beenleigh.
Cheap as chips they are
I intend on living for-ever....so far so good
G'day,

All trailer spare will have the plastic skid material too...I have also seem it at most of the usual marine outlets too.
cheers
Its the details, those little details, that make the difference.
Try "Trailer Accessories Warehouse" they are in Jijaws St Sumner Park (i think). These guys supply parts for trailers and will build you one from scratch if you want.
I changed my old felt ones for the teflon skids and got them thru TAW. Got a length, cut it with a hand saw and shaped the ends, drilled a hole in each and att then to the trailer. The cutting and drilling took the longest of the whole job to do.
Cheers

Just throwin some chlorine into the gene pool........
G'day
Get some hardwood planks and cut to size, sit in wood yokes and screw some teflon skid strip on top.
Easy as!
Just a tip, spray the teflon with silicone spray now and then to keep the boat sliding off at a million miles an hour

Whitworths usually have it in stock, they do most things via mail order as well.
