    Re: jacks kawana

hey guys i have never seen any one there let alone have a clue how they feed in these areas.. now if there is plenty of spots but this spot has produced over 25 jacks for the past 8 trips... over fished or not sure how jacks feed? I have a fascination wit jacks and admire people who chase them cause i no how cunning they are.. Everyone thinks places are over fished but thats where working out tides moons and tryin different things work.. Well tonite went well as usual another nice fish 63cm will post in morning altogether we got 5 .. not sure thats over fished!!

have you tryed there in the day, its dead most of the time. 63cm is a awsome fish. i no that if ya hit it when the tide high, it fishes better on the inside but if the tides going out and the water is pumping ya fish on the outside but thats for the trevs and queenies not the jacks. your the first iv seen that has landed one there but iv seen heaps of guys get cleaned up by the jacks there, including myself and thats in the 4-5 years iv been fishing there. ya get some huge flattys there to. cant wait to see ya horse 63cm.

Another cracker night, sounds like you have the place worked out bloody well! I know a spot that doesn't fish well at all during the day.... but when night falls it comes to live with some huge fish Gotta love those spots. Looking forward to the pics.

    Cheers, Mick.
