Greg I'll PM you the brand which starts with F and ends in U, but it's an inverter 2.5hp where the outside unit ( condensor?) does not fire up. The head unit inside blows plenty of air, filters are clean and the timer light flashes constantly and the operator light flashes in groups of 5 flashes at a time.
Other than that, it is as Finga says, just not cold.

And where to bung it ....... the last time I looked at your place you have had to resort to innovative ways to store all the boats you have, so if I bought a new boat I know I can't ask to park it at your place!!
