Spicy Baby Octopus
For about 1 kg of Baby Occy.
50 mls of Olive Oil
150 mls of Sweet chilli sauce
4 cloves crushed garlic
a splash of Oyster Sauce
a splash of Soy Sauce
15 mls of Sesame oil
1 tea spoon of Hungarian Sweet Paprika
1 tea spoon of Chinese 5 spice
1 tea spoon mixed herbs
Marinate for 4 or more hours in the fridge. Pour the lot into a hot wok and cook for 2 minutes. Remove Occy’s and place on serving plates. Add corn flour to sauce and thicken to taste while stirring. Pour over Occy and enjoy.
