Whats this boat worth

Fellow ausfishers, need your opinion.

Am toying with selling my 23' Caribbean/Bertram flybridge and am not sure what it would be worth in todays market.

It is a 1996 model with 260hp mercruiser and alpha 1 leg.

Has relax poles, Lowrance LCX-15 colour sounder/GPS, trim tabs, stereo, VHF radio, 406 EPIRB, toilet, deck wash, anchor winch, new manifolds and risers 10 hrs ago, recently antifouled, well maintained and fully serviced and in very good condition.

So, what doyou think she is worth ??

Try searching boatpiont on the net mate and comparing the price to models like yours
See if that gives you some idea's

where is she moored?

what fuel economy numbers does she do?

JT, have looked at boatpoint, but have not seen any 96 models only 90 and later so didnt really get much joy there.

Mick, she is moored at Runaway Bay and uses 35 lts per hour at 20 knots cruise speed with current prop. I do have some other props to try, but have not gotten around to it.

I'm curious as to whether you came up with a price for your Bertram? Do you have a registered trailer and have you any comments on towing them? It's a coincidence I joined this forum to learn more about the 23's so any comment would be great thanks.

I would expect it would come in at 50,000. If it is in really good condition, up to 55,000.

These are one of the best boats available and probably don't come on the market that often.

Add $7,000 for a trailer.

not far off the mark phill between 50-60k if in good condition at the end of the days its only worth what someone is willing to pay at the moment its a buyers market so you might not get even that if you were in a hurry to sell

i didn't relise they made these so late i thought they stoped late 80's early 90's but when you concider you can get a mid 80's for mid $20k i think low $40k would pull it up in the current market. yes this is a low estimate but realistic as its not the time to sell boats at the moment. but thats just my thought.
